At Followratty, we take pride in creating unique, made-to-order products. Each item in our store is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Our goal is to deliver high-quality items that meet your expectations, but due to the custom nature of our business, we have specific policies in place regarding returns and refunds.
Since all Followratty products are produced on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you accidentally order the wrong size, select the wrong color, or simply change your mind after placing the order. Please take care to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse or any changes in preference. Once an order is placed, it moves immediately into production, and we’re unable to cancel or alter it. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product is damaged or you receive the wrong item. If this happens, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we’ll make it right.
To initiate a refund or replacement:

2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the wrong or damaged item.
Once we review the claim and verify the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference. Any claims deemed to be an error on our part will be fully covered, including the shipping costs.
For damaged, misprinted, or defective items:
– All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
For lost packages:
– Claims must be filed within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If any of the above applies to your order, please contact us, and we’ll cover the issue at our expense.
